EXPOdetergo 2018

The international show dedicated to the textile care took place between 19 and 22 October 2018, in two halls of the exhibition centre of Fiera Milano in Rho, Italy.

It gathered over 270 exhibitors during 4 days of intense exchange and sharing.

Inforum was there for the third time, on the stand D21. It was the opportunity to present our software solutions dedicated to the dry-cleaning and laundry professions. GestiClean Up’, our software addressed to the European market, was especially highlighted with many demonstrations!

This blog article will allow you to live or relive this event through our Milanese experience.

Meetings

What was your personal benefit from the show?
Unique exchange moments, different from the daily work at the office. It feels good to be able to exchange “live” with visitors, customers, partners…

Your biggest contribution to the show?
Organisation of the show!

What would you like to improve?
My Italian, to be able to start a conversation at least :)

The stand you liked the most?
Domus, great design!

What do you do in 2022?
I will be back! But before that, we have other great meetings with the dry-cleaning profession: 2019 Jet Expo & 2020 Texcare!

1 word to describe the show?
International

What was your personal benefit from the show?
Meeting customers from all over the world, which helps us enrich our perception of the needs of all the market’s stakeholders.

Your biggest contribution to the show?
Stand set up, and comprehension of the exotic accents of all our international visitors :D

What would you like to improve?
Have a bigger stand, to avoid making some of our visitors wait.

The stand you liked the most?
Kannegiesser, very impressive!

What do you do in 2022?
Back to Milan with an even richer software and many advanced features!

1 word to describe the show?
Openness

What was your personal benefit from the show?
The pleasure of seeing the team who has become autonomous, the results of the work accomplished the last months, meeting people from all over the world, our current and future partners, our customers, and above all seeing and feeling our progression. So many things have changed since our last participation 8 years ago. And finally the confidence that we are on the right way about both the people and the technologies.

Your biggest contribution to the show?
Carrying the boxes :) and representing the directors.

What would you like to improve?
Show GestiClean Up’ with the possibility to work offline and with the functional scope of GestiClean!

The stand you liked the most?
No other in particular. Maybe the one of our Japanese neighbours: TWO-M KASEI CO LTD. ;)

What do you do in 2022?
I will be back for sure, but maybe for other reasons: probably to represent the directors and move forward with partnerships.
